Shipping & Returns
Germany: DHL standard shipping including tracking within Germany 6.99 euros. The shipping time is 1-3 working days. Free shipping for orders over 100 euros (only within Germany). Free returns within Germany.
EU abroad: Standard shipping including tracking within the EU 14.99 euros. The shipping time is 3-8 working days. For returns from other EU countries, the customer pays the return shipping costs.

Since we are only at the very beginning with our small start-up, we do not yet have the opportunity to produce large quantities, as is common in large productions in Europe, for example. We pay attention to fair production under fair conditions from our suppliers in Asia.
Our goal is to grow quickly in order to be able to manufacture in Europe in the future and thus minimize transport routes. Your VANDAMM® pieces are currently still manufactured in Asia.
